Contact Us: Email us at returns@nyxnepal.com or DM us on any of our social handles within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the damaged/defective/incorrect item, and a description of the issue.
Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Return the Item (if required): If necessary, we may ask you to return the item. In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse you for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
We will process a full refund, including shipping costs, within 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not issued for the following:
Change of mind or personal preference.
