Inside Kathmandu Valley:
Orders placed within Kathmandu Valley will be delivered on the next business day after the order is confirmed.Outside Kathmandu Valley:
Orders placed outside Kathmandu Valley will be delivered within 3-4 business days after the order is confirmed.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays with shipping carriers.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Shipping costs and methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.
